FAIRVIEW TEXAS:

 Fairview is  a small area east of Allen Texas and southeast of McKinney Texas., which ncludes Lucas, an area  of homes on large parcels of land when compared  to land in the neighboring  communities.  It is well known for having exemplary schools and  large homes usually on an acre or more.  In 1928 through 1948 many prehistoric fish were found in the land, confirming that the area was thousands of years ago, that Texas had gone through repeated periods of flooding for millions of years.   Today’s Collin County has three geologic formations created during the Cretaceous periods. 

Fairview is located very close to the geographic  center of Collin County and is beautified
